TIGHT MICROBUBBLES SCREEN (TMS)
Our aeration curtain systems act as a containment and protection barrier in aquatic facilities. Thus, they allow the blocking of polluting elements, such as: algae blooms, jellyfish, garbage, hydrocarbon spills, among others. In addition to mitigating these elements, these systems do not generate waste and provide oxygen to the environment, which allows production processes with low environmental impact.
More than 300 projects implemented in Chile and in the world.
UPWELLING SYSTEMS
The Upwelling Disc system developed by our engineers helps to improve any body of water to an aerobic environment, favoring oxygen concentration, renewing water and keeping algae Bloom out of the care area._d04a07d8-9cd1-3239-9149 -20813d6c673b_
These systems allow oxygenating the water, improving the aquatic environment where the fish grow. The capacities delivered by the system range from 100 kg/h to 600 kg/h of oxygen-enriched air supply with 90% purity, depending on the configuration required based on our L110 (110 kg/h) and L220 (220kg/h).
The added value of these systems is that they work with high-efficiency injection engineering, offering compact, customized, scalable, flexible, and low-cost solutions.
OXYGENATION MODULES
LOW O2® in-situ oxygenation modules are simple, compact, efficient, flexible and low-cost solutions to inject air enriched with oxygen over 90% in salmon farming centers, maximizing its transfer to the aquatic environment.
Two types of modules have been developed, the L110 (110 kg/h in a 20" container) and the L220 (220 kg/h in a 40" container), which allow a series of scalable combinations to be developed. based on the particular requirements of each client, allowing to supply air enriched in O2, only O2 or only air.
REGENERATION OF FUNDS
Anoxic waters are areas of marine water, fresh water or de groundwater in which the dissolved oxygen is out of stock. Through our aeration systems, this condition can be changed by recovering oxygen, a fundamental component for aquatic life, thus allowing the ecosystem of the place to be maintained and its flora and fauna to be protected.
